What do you do?

I perform financial due diligence on companies looking to buy/fund or sell. I mainly analyse client data for any anomalies and liaise with management to come to conclusions which may affect the price in our client’s favour.

Why do you do it?

I enjoy the variety of project work as no two projects are ever the same! I also enjoy helping clients save money where I can, as well as the excitement that comes when the deals get over the line and knowing I played a key part.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

Since joining the Transaction Services Team over a year ago, I have been involved in dozens of deals and gained invaluable experience. The one that stands out for me was a deal involving a family-owned company for around 85 years. We wanted to make sure the family got a fair price for their lives work and they were ecstatic.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

At the top of my bucket list: Seeing England in a World Cup Final! More realistically I would love to see the 7 wonders of the world as I love traveling and delving into new cultures.
