What do you do?

I help businesses raise debt financing to support growth, acquisitions and refinancings. Our team works with ambitious, fast-growing companies across the UK — often those at an inflection point and looking for the right capital to take the next step. By combining deep lender relationships with hands-on deal experience, we make sure our clients secure the best possible structure and terms. We are usually raising between £5m and £50m of finance.

Why do you do it?

I’ve always enjoyed working with entrepreneurial management teams and investors — helping them navigate funding challenges and achieve their ambitions. Having worked across Debt Advisory, M&A and Restructuring, I’ve seen how the right financing can genuinely transform a business. It’s rewarding to play a part in that journey and see the results of the advice we give.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve worked on a range from private equity-backed buyouts and dividend recaps to asset-based and cashflow lending for growing SMEs and corporates. Recent projects include supporting high-growth tech and business services platforms with their expansion plans and helping founder-led businesses unlock value through refinancing. Across the board, it’s about finding smart, flexible funding that enables the next phase of growth.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

I’m a keen hiker and have already ticked off a few big ones — including the Norway fjord mountains — so next on the list has to be either climbing Kilimanjaro or trekking to Everest Base Camp!
