What do you do?

Think of me as someone whose job is all about helping the business grow — but in a really joined-up, relationship-led way. As Relationship Director, I focus on driving sustainable growth by building strong relationships with clients and the people who introduce them to us. It’s not just about winning work; it’s about really understanding what our clients need and connecting them with the right specialists across the firm to get the best results. A big part of what I do is proactive business development across all our service lines — spotting opportunities, joining the dots, and making sure we’re showing up in the market in the right way. I’m genuinely passionate about collaboration and partnerships, and I love turning what we’re seeing in the market into real commercial impact for the business. In short: I build relationships, spot opportunities, and make things happen.

Why do you do it?

Because I’m wired to make things happen – I love building relationships, chasing ambitious goals, and helping our business grow faster than yesterday.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve been involved in a range of growth-focused projects designed to get us in front of the right people and spark real opportunities. From driving customer acquisition through face-to-face meetings, standout events, and strategic partnerships, to launching creative initiatives across the Central Belt of Scotland — it’s all about building momentum and making meaningful connections. Working closely with our Executive team, I’ve helped elevate our brand and open new doors across our service lines. The best part? Seeing the impact for clients — faster access to the right expertise, smarter solutions, and a partner who truly gets their business.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Top of my bucket list? Definitely a trip to Montana. I’m obsessed with the idea of wide-open spaces, mountains that make you feel tiny, and that fresh, big-sky kind of air. I love the outdoors — give me hiking boots, a campfire, and no phone signal, and I’m in my element. Montana just feels like the ultimate adventure — wild, beautiful, and a bit untamed!
