Let’s talk today
Want us to call you? Let’s start a conversation!
What do you do?
I’m part of Cooper Parry’s Business Development team, and my job is simple: get to know people, understand what’s really going on in their business, and connect them with the right people to help them move forward. I spend my time having proper conversations with business owners and leadership teams, uncovering challenges, spotting opportunities, and introducing them to our specialist experts across tax, corporate finance, payroll, legal and data-driven insight.
Why do you do it?
I left a Big 4 firm to join CavanaghKelly because I wanted my work to have real impact. I was lucky enough to work across multiple teams, which gave me a broad view of how businesses actually operate and where the right advice can make a difference. What I loved most was getting under the bonnet of a business: what’s working, what’s painful, and what’s holding them back.
Now, as part of Cooper Parry, that’s exactly what drives me. I get a real buzz from building relationships, asking the right questions and helping clients access the expertise they need — when they need it — to build better, stronger businesses.
What kind of projects have you been involved in?
Being part of Cooper Parry’s growth in Northern Ireland is genuinely energising. There’s a real opportunity here to help shape how the firm shows up in the local market, and I’ve enjoyed contributing to how we position CP Futures and articulate the value it brings to ambitious businesses across the region.
What I find most rewarding is acting as the connector — understanding what a business is trying to achieve and introducing them to people who bring the right mix of expertise, perspective and relationships to support that journey.
What’s on top of your bucket list?
Has to be a family ski trip – I haven’t been brave enough to bring my 5 young kids on the slopes yet – but 2027 might be my year !
