Our second Northern Ireland hub has officially opened in The Jacquard, a brand-new workspace in the beating heart of Belfast.
Since CavanaghKelly joined CP in 2025, Northern Ireland has been a hugely important part of our ongoing growth story. This new Belfast office gives us a stronger, more visible presence in one of the UK’s most dynamic cities.

The Jacquard provides exactly that platform. As one of the first tenants, we’re excited to play a part in shaping its future and becoming part of a new business community in the city centre.
Our new Belfast hub offers a flexible hot-desking hub for colleagues visiting the city and those based there. Designed to support hybrid working, it provides a central high-quality base for collaboration, client meetings and project delivery.
As with all 12 of our offices, The Jacquard site features fully AV and tech-enabled meeting rooms, designed to ensure seamless connectivity for both in person and virtual collaboration.
The opening also supports our continued growth across the island of Ireland and the UK. As we expand our partner headcount and broaden our specialist service offering, we’re strengthening our ability to help ambitious businesses and their owners achieve their goals.

While Belfast represents an exciting new chapter, our Linen Green office remains our Northern Ireland superhub. Located on the outskirts of Dungannon within a beautifully restored former linen mill, Linen Green combines heritage character with modern design in a unique retail village setting.
We recently welcomed clients and contacts to a lively Parry & Pour event at Linen Green, giving them the opportunity to explore the office, which opened earlier this year.
Together, our Belfast and Dungannon hubs combine local heart and regional expertise with access to more than 2,000 CP specialists across the UK and Ireland.
