Elizabeth is Partner in the Manchester office. She is tasked with overseeing and driving consistency and efficiency across our core operations functions, to ensure the sustainability of our growth strategy.

Elizabeth also leads our extensive digital transformation journey to streamline business processes, improve workflow speed and transparency, and enable faster more effective utilisation of data to drive business decisioning.

She has 15+ years’ experience in the Banking sector, spanning leadership and execution roles in operations, infrastructure, regulatory and technology project management and digital product management.

Outside of work, Elizabeth spends a lot of time with her daughter and partner. She has a pretty active household as they enjoy playing and watching sports, eating nice food and travelling. She also loves music and tries to go to at least one festival a year and gigs in between.
