What do you do?

As the Director of Overseas Operations I am responsible for managing and growing CP’s offshore services. This includes overseeing teams in other countries, working with local partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A key part of my role is generating efficiencies and refining internal processes by identifying work that can be sent to our overseas teams, helping the business run more effectively. I also ensure compliance with local laws and ensure CP’s famous culture is matched for our CP’ers across the globe.

Why do you do it?

I’ve been part of CP for nearly 13 years, starting my journey in audit, which provided a solid foundation in understanding how the firm operates. Early on, I discovered a passion and aptitude for driving operational change and creating efficiencies.

Since then, I’ve played a key role in shaping and expanding CP’s offshore operations from the ground up. I genuinely enjoy collaborating with teams around the world, learning from different cultures, and seeing the positive impact this work has on CP’s growth and success.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

I’ve been involved in some really exciting projects focused on offshoring high-volume, admin-heavy workstreams. By shifting these tasks to our overseas teams, we’ve been able to free up valuable time for our UK teams to focus on more impactful, client-facing work—essentially giving them the space to truly add value in every interaction. This not only improves the client experience but also helps build deeper, more strategic relationships.

Another major area of focus has been building out and scaling our overseas teams to support CP’s growth. As client demands increase, having strong offshore capability ensures we can consistently meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service without compromising quality. It’s all about creating capacity, driving efficiency, and positioning ourselves as a future-ready firm for our clients.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Top of my bucket list is to take my children to visit Santa in his hometown in Lapland. They are truly my “why,” and everything I do is grounded in creating lasting, magical memories with them.
