Experienced in both lead advisory and transaction support, Steve has a particular specialism advising parties considering MBO opportunities together with Private Equity transactions in general. Steve has specialist experience in IT services, media, advertising and marketing, specialist manufacturing, staffing and recruitment, outsourcing and consulting businesses.
