The CP Deals team has provided finance and tax advice to the shareholders and senior management team of Simply Communicate Limited, a leading communications agency. Launched in 2004 Simply provides consulting services and digital transformation solutions to enhance its clients’ employee experience.

Simply Communicate has been acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Founder Marc Wright and his team will remain in their current location under the direction of Ben Reynolds, global managing director of Gallagher’s Communication Consulting practice.

The deal means that Simply Communicate is now part of one of the largest communications consultancies in the world. Enabling them to further expand their services and offer even more support to their clients and expand core operations.
