What do you do?

I support private equity and corporate clients who are going through a transaction process whether it’s an acquisition, disposal, sale, or refinancing. I provide financial due diligence, focusing on areas such as analysing historical financial performance, assessing the quality and sustainability of earnings, and evaluating management’s forecast plans. I have experience across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on consumer businesses.

WhY do you do IT?

I enjoy the variety that Transaction Services offers, with every project providing the opportunity to work with different businesses, each with its own commercial dynamics and challenges. I like understanding the detail behind the numbers and identifying the key drivers of business performance, while also considering the wider commercial and operational context. I enjoy working closely with management teams, investors and other advisers to help clients navigate important strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

WhAT KINDS OF PROJECTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN?

I’ve worked on a wide range of transactions since joining Transaction Services in 2014. I’ve worked with businesses selling brioche buns, ice cream, biscuits, soft drinks and coffee to name a few. One of the aspects I enjoy most is working with well-known brands and businesses whose products I see on supermarket shelves or use in everyday life!

WhAT’S ON TOP OF YOUR BUCKET LIST? 

Taking my daughter to Disney World is definitely one thing on the top of my bucket list. I want to wait until she’s a little older so she’ll remember the experience. Becoming a mum has given me a whole new perspective, and I love seeing the world through her eyes. Hopefully something we can tick off in the next few years!
