What do you do?

As COO of Cloud Orca, a fast-growing, award-winning Salesforce consultancy, it’s my job to oversee day-to-day operations and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I’m heavily involved in ensuring our customers are happy and maximising our partnership with Salesforce.

Why do you do it?

I love ensuring our customers are happy and that we’re being the best we can be. I enjoy leading and supporting the team, helping us all grow and being successful along the way. It’s about making a difference for our customers and also creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

What kind of projects have you been involved in?

We’ve had a lot of fantastic projects over the years, from the likes of Revolut to Chilly’s Bottles. One that stands out for me is for a non-profit organisation, Orca. Utilising Salesforce for their charity really changed how they were able to operate and continues to help them grow their following and give back to the environment.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

To spend a summer travelling the USA with my family! I’ve always been fascinated with the US since I worked there many years ago – every city has such diverse culture.
