“The team have taken feedback from the last audit and actively come up with actions to improve the audit experience for our business. Additionally the team are friendly and approachable which helps with the overall audit experience for us. Senior engagement team members speak to us and explain some of the complex subject matters and decisions made, which we greatly appreciate. It would be nice if the Inflo platform allowed more than one requestee to be added on a request that requires multiple inputs. But the audit team have found a way around this which again makes our lives easier.”
