In terms of Income Tax Compliance service, hmmm a bit disappointed in terms of speed of turnaround; submitted all information for 24/25 return this year on 29/9/25, as of 10/12/25, haven’t seen a first (hopefully final) return; feel like I am doing too much chasing and expediting. Now there may well be mitigating personal circumstances, but surely it is a team game and not a single point dependency?”
