The communication from Jess, Jo and Glen has been superb. They are all very approachable and it’s a pleasure to work with them. I also find the online portal Inflo to be very user friendly and easy to use. Communication with the more junior members of the team can sometimes be a bit of a challenge if they aren’t fully certain on the questions they ask however this is completely understandable with them being at the start of their career journey. They are also very approachable and keen to ensure the correct outcome is reached.

Since transitioning to CP for our annual audit a couple of years ago we have continually been impressed by the quality of service of the Team, their proactive approach to planning and the commitment to continuity across the team that paves the way for a seamless audit. They took on feedback from year-one with noticeable action taken in year 2 as they learnt what and how worked best for us – a true client led approach.

Great service

Massive credit goers to Cooper Parry staff, both on Service charge certification and audit side. We have been lucky with having very responsive and very competent managers assigned to Inspired Villages. They are great communicating, understanding our business, working to tight deadlines with professionalism and collaborative approach.

Head has taken over looking after me now that Ian O’Connor my long-term financial advisor has retired. Ed was superb; knowing that I am financially very literate after a career in the City, he didn’t overexplain things that he knew I understood but also we explored together thoughts on a drawdown ladder and where best to put some money into guilts all the advice was relevant Taylor specific to me and very thoughtful. Very impressed!
