I am appreciative that Georgia has continued as our Relationship Manager, I was disappointed to see Michael disappear and with no discernible communication. I appreciate the considered investment approach, the level of communication and I recognise that there is an increased level of data / reporting. It all feels a little like dealing with the bank – sound business but very reliant on strength of Relationship Manager. CPW is clearly a well structured and quality Financial Advisory company, it is nonetheless not boutique and therefore remains fairly remote from its clients.”

Always on hand to respond to ad-hoc advise. Have reassurance of a personal approach with the backing of a reputable brand. Improvements would be mainly around more efficiency (i.e tool rather than word doc to capture annual spend/income) and communicating for ad-hoc items. More nice to haves though..”

To improve – we find it difficult to fully trust an advisor, so it’s important to feel we’re not just being sold more products. Some of the answers to questions do feel formulaic / unsophisticated – like timing of investment and comparative assumptions on investment alternatives. But overall very happy. “
