Clear communication, good set of draft accounts, proactive

Very easy and relaxed to deal with however very responsive too.

The team has been fantastic since its appointment around 2.5 years ago. We have cleared a significant backlog of accounts with 5 sets having been audited and signed off in that time. CP have also supported us with a variety of other workstreams, offering pragmatic solutions to challenges faced along the way.

The UGSL audit proved somewhat time consuming considering size of the business. This was partly down to a new team handling it at CP. Some of the sample requests were excessive, and the draft summary of adjustments were in a poor format and included items such as tax that should not have ben included.
