“The onboarding process took a very long time and could have been made simpler e.g. issuing an Excel schedule that lists out all of the required information that is needed (rather than going back and forth asking additional queries via email). However once the deliverable was provided, the Cooper Parry team were quite responsive when it came to follow up queries. The Cooper Parry team also demonstrated pro-activeness e.g. by setting up a call to give an update and discuss certain elements of the deliverable that required clarity.”
