Whilst we had the desired outcome with HMRC on the EMI advance assurance and the share valuation (thank you!), the planned timelines weren’t kept to (e.g. the valuation submission was due by 4th November and we didn’t receive the info request until then) and expectations on timing could have been better managed. Otherwise good advice and a user-friendly team. (BTW, if I could have given a 3.5 I would have as a 3 feels harsh).”
