SHINING THE SPOTLIGHT ON EDUCATION
WHAT'S ON YOUR MIND?
If there's something you want to chat through, just pop your details on here and we'll line up one of our talented team to get back to you, Easy, peasy.
For us, the reason we love working in the education sector is an easy one. It’s because we share your vision. We think our values and culture are a great fit. And we want to be proactive and do all we can to make sure your mission is a success.
That starts with giving you a clear understanding of your finances to build your strategic management accounting on. And extends through our seminars, workshops and ongoing partnership. We don’t dictate, we build fruitful relationships. And we always flex our approach around our clients’ needs and timetables.
NON-STATUTORY AUDIT SERVICES
We also offer non-statutory audit services such as internal assurance, grant audits, due diligence, and plenty of other finance and governance related projects. We’re always happy to chat through your options and give you our ideas and advice.
For Education, that could be some help interpreting the latest guidance from the ESFA and what it means for your particular Trust. What about some help with the Budget Forecast Return or the Academy Accounts Return? Concerned about regularity in your Trust or the roles and responsibilities of your Trustees? Give us a call. We’d love to chat.
WE UNDERSTAND THE EDUCATION SECTOR
Most of our leadership team sit on boards as either trustees or governors themselves. So, we understand and appreciate the unique challenges you’re facing, first-hand.
We have trustees in our team, including Simon Atkins, our Not for Profit Partner. He’s Chair of the Community Academies Trust and an Academy Ambassador, too. His experience and that of other people from across Cooper Parry who give their time freely to support schools helps inform our approach.
We have an ever-growing voice in the sector’s direction, too. We’ve been involved in influencing decision-making as part of the Education & Skills Funding Agency and contributed to technical framework that charities will be reporting to with The Charity Commission.
We’re also members of the Charity Finance Group and accredited, active partners of Association of School and College Leaders and the Institute of School Business Leadership, regularly taking part in their conferences, running webinars for their members, and sharing our knowledge on the issues the charity and education sectors face.
The point is: we don’t just understand your challenges. We understand how to deliver the support and technical advice you’ll need to overcome them, too.
