Our Corporate Finance team has advised on the successful management buyout (MBO) of Fixings North West, a leading fixings and fastenings distributor based in Greater Manchester. The deal was backed by NatWest.
Fixings North West has grown to become one of the UK construction sector’s top independent distributors, supplying a wide range of specialist products from its base in Sale.
The transaction sees outgoing Managing Director Andy Hill sell his shareholding to a long-standing management team, with James Yates stepping into the role of Managing Director.
